God’s Country is located in southwestern Wisconsin in the Mississippi River valley city of LaCrosse. As a chapter of Muskies, Inc., we strive to work with the over 50 other nationwide chapters to promote a high quality muskellunge sport fishery. Habitat protection, research, and the promotion of fellowship and sportsmanship are all conservational purposes of our chapter.

Our non profit club is also active in the community by assisting our local Department of Natural Resources with an annual river cleanup day, and the Department of Transportation with a bi-annual adopt-a-highway cleanup. We also provide funding to area charities that include the American Red Cross, the Make-a-Wish Foundation and organizing an annual food drive for the needy. Our club has also participated in the recent stocking of Lake Neshonoc.
